Questions, bugs, or feature requests: email raffaello.marco@libero.it. I usually reply within a few days.

When reporting a bug, it helps to include your iOS version and what you did right before it happened.

Common questions

Do I need an account?
No. Scenico has no accounts and no sign-in. Everything you track is stored in a database on your device.

Where are my backups kept?
In your own iCloud, in a private area only Scenico can read. The last few backups are kept and older ones are rotated out. You can restore one from Settings.

I got a new phone — how do I move my data?
Sign in to the same iCloud account, install Scenico, and restore the most recent backup from Settings.

Can I import my history from elsewhere?
Yes. Scenico can read a TV Time data export from a file you choose. The file is parsed on your device.

Why does the app ask for a TMDB API key?
It normally doesn't — Scenico ships with its own. If you would rather use your own TMDB quota, you can enter a personal key in Settings.

Notifications aren't arriving.
Check that notifications are enabled for Scenico in iOS Settings, and that the reminder toggles are on in Scenico's own Settings screen. Reminders are scheduled on the device for season premieres and film release days.
